Orders & Shipping
How are your products made?
All 17th & Surf items are print-on-demand and produced by Printful. Each piece is made specifically for you when you place your order, which helps us minimize excess inventory and waste.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders require 2–5 business days of production time before they ship. Once shipped, U.S. orders typically arrive within 3–4 business days via standard shipping (1–3 business days with express). International orders generally take 5–20 business days after fulfillment, depending on destination and customs.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to nearly 200 countries worldwide. International orders are fulfilled from the Printful facility closest to you, which could be in the US, Canada, Mexico, Latvia, Spain, Australia, Brazil, or Japan depending on the product and destination.
Can I track my order?
Yes — once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow it on its way to you.
Returns & Sizing
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, in original condition, with tags attached and original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Email joey@17thandsurf.com with your order number to request a return — approval is required before sending items back.
What items can't be returned?
Sale items, gift cards, custom or personalized products, perishable goods, personal care items, and hazardous materials (flammable liquids or gases) are not eligible for return. If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, reach out before sending it back.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect, email joey@17thandsurf.com right away with photos and your order number, and we'll make it right.
How do I find my size?
Each product page includes a size chart with detailed measurements. Since our apparel is made to order, we recommend comparing the chart to a similar item you already own for the best fit.
Our Ocean Conservation Mission
How does my purchase support ocean conservation?
10% of our profits go directly to ocean conservation efforts through the Georgia Aquarium. Every order helps fund real-world work to protect the water that inspires everything we make.
Do you offer custom or personalized items?
At this time we don't offer customization on individual orders, though we occasionally run commissioned designs for partners and special collaborations. Custom and personalized items, when offered, are not eligible for return.
