Shipping policy
17th & Surf Shipping Policy
All 17th & Surf products are print-on-demand items fulfilled by Printful. Every order is made to order and shipped directly from Printful's fulfillment facilities worldwide.
Processing Time
All orders require 2–5 business days of production time before shipping. This is in addition to transit time and applies to all orders, domestic and international.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
Orders shipped within the United States are fulfilled from Printful's U.S. facilities.
- Standard Flat Rate: 3–4 business days after fulfillment
- Express: 1–3 business days after fulfillment
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide! International orders are fulfilled from Printful's nearest available facility, which may include locations in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Latvia, Spain, Australia, Brazil, or Japan depending on the product and destination.
- Standard International: 5–20 business days after fulfillment
Transit times vary by destination and are estimates only — delays can occur due to customs processing, carrier capacity, or other factors outside our control.
Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by your country's government. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost at checkout.
We are not able to predict or control these fees. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order if you have questions about potential charges.
17th & Surf is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Shipping Restrictions
Due to legal restrictions or carrier limitations, we are currently unable to ship to certain destinations, including the Crimea region, the Donetsk People's Republic, and other internationally restricted territories. Some carriers may also temporarily suspend service to specific countries due to natural disasters, conflicts, or other disruptions.
If your country is unavailable at checkout, we are unable to ship there at this time. For the most up-to-date restrictions, visit printful.com/shipping.
Note for European Union Customers
If you are ordering from within the European Union, VAT may apply depending on your country's regulations. You also have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery under EU consumer law. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.
Split Shipments
Some orders may ship in multiple packages when items are fulfilled from different Printful facilities or packaged separately for protection. You will not be charged extra for split shipments.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to populate after shipment.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at joey@17thandsurf.com. For international orders, please allow extra time for customs clearance before reaching out.
17th & Surf is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
