Returns
We offer a 30-day return window. You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In original condition
-
With tags attached
-
In original packaging
-
Accompanied by proof of purchase
To initiate a return, email us at joey@17thandsurf.com with your order number and reason for return.
Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at joey@17thandsurf.com so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
To exchange an item, we recommend returning your original item first. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the correct size or product.
This ensures the fastest turnaround.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason.
Returned items must meet the same eligibility conditions outlined above.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that banks and credit card providers may take additional time to process and post the refund.
